Frequently Asked Questions

If you know what dates can work for you during your stay in Dubai, please use the 'Availability' section during your booking. We will get back to you with the exact date and time options for your trip via email.
Please wear comfortable clothes. Layered clothing is recommended. We recommend to wear light shoes or sandals but you'll remove that quickly once you'll feel how great it is to walk barefoot in the sand. For our morning trips you it will get warmer soon after the sun has risen. The afternoon trips the weather could get a little bit colder once the sun has set.
If you already decided which package are you going to choose then you can fill out the neccessary informations about your booking. Our extra services can be add to your basket through your package booking, just tick the ones which you want to have as well. After the 'Proceed to Checkout' please fill out the contact informations and accept the booking terms. Make sure to type your email correctly because we will senf you the confirmation email soon after your booking!
We provide our tours with English speaking guides.
At the moment we accept cash payment only. Online and card payment will be available soon.
If any unfortunate event would not let the tour begin we will inform you in time.
Yes, you can bring your children as well. Make sure they will be hydrated and well-dressed for the desert. In your booking you can pick how many children is coming with you. There is no extra charge included related to the children.
Yes, we can serve special food options in this situation. When you book your tour please make sure you fill out the 'Public Notes' section with your preferences. We will inform you about our available options and what you can choose from.
The pick up location could be anywhere in Dubai. (For example a hotel, a private residence, ect.) Make sure you fill out the 'Pickup Location' during your booking.
Yes we are nature-lovers that means if we see any garbage left in the desert we are going to collect it. We also organize garbage collecting campaings. We spend a decent amount of our revenue for helping and saving animals (mostly cats and dogs) in the area of Dubai. Please let us know if you would like to support our actions on the top of your booking.
